Kite Pay provides payment processing services operated by KiteIQ. Our service enables merchants to accept payments from customers via open banking technology.
By using Kite Pay, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, as required by the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 (SI 2017/692).
Our fees are detailed in your merchant agreement. Fees are deducted automatically from your transactions. You can view your current fee configuration in your dashboard.
We handle your data in accordance with GDPR regulations. All personal and financial data is encrypted using industry-standard encryption. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
KiteIQ's liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
